Independent wedding day coordination is an essential part of wedding planning. This is a comprehensive service which concentrates on what you need on the day of your wedding. Work starts 6-8 weeks before your wedding and here’s what will happen:

1. You will have access to our wedding list to ensure all requirements have been covered
2. Following discussions with all parties concerned, you will have your own Day Planner created with the following information:

• Documentation of all your suppliers including mobile contact details
• Clear instructions for your venue and suppliers outlining access times, access points and set up areas
• Specific supplier requirements
• Finalise any last minute requirements / payments

We will:

1. Be the point of contact if a problem arises with a supplier
2. Be there to meet suppliers when they arrive at the venue to coordinate all deliveries i.e. centre pieces, cake, flowers, chocolate fountains etc
3. Pick up (from designated address) and deliver décor items to the venue i.e. favours, table plan, place cards etc
4. Oversee and ensure the room layout as agreed on the day of the wedding
5. Oversee and ensure the set up of all décor items on the day of the wedding
6. Co-ordinating activities on the wedding day to ensure the smooth running of proceedings
7. Optional: We will create a décor that accommodates your theme including the sourcing of any items*. (*items relating to décor only)
