Terms
Our Terms
- All décor items are for hire unless otherwise stated
- We aim to provide a bespoke service so where ever possible a mock up image will be provided ahead of your wedding date to ensure that you are happy with the design
- Your booking will be based on minimum numbers provided and this will be what you are contracted to. Should your number decrease, the price will remain the same. However, you reserve the right to increase your numbers, at which time you will be advised of any additional costs
- Final numbers will be required no later than 6 weeks before your wedding or event date
- Paula Burns Weddings & Events will require 50% deposit to secure your date (a reduced deposit may be applicable if your date is 2 or more years in the future. You will be advised if this is the case)
- Final payment is due to Paula Burns Weddings & Events no later than 30 days before your wedding or event date
Cancellation
- Deposit payments are non refundable if your wedding or event is cancelled. However every effort will be made to move your booking to alternative date if required (and if the date is available). Each case will be looked at on an individual basis
- If your event or wedding is cancelled less than 2 months before your wedding or event date the full final payment will be required.
General Information
- You will be held liable should there be any loss or damages to any items hired. You will be invoiced within 7 working days of your wedding or event. Payment must be made by return
- Paula Burns Weddings & Events strongly recommends that you take out adequate wedding insurance to cover the costs of cancellation and other liabilities, should the situation arise.
